01. Agreement to Terms
By engaging DevCraft Studio for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all projects, contracts, and agreements between DevCraft Studio and its clients.
02. Services
DevCraft Studio provides software development services including web development, mobile app development, CRM development, WordPress development, Shopify development, and UI/UX design. All services are delivered as described in the individual project proposals or contracts.
03. Project Proposals & Contracts
All projects begin with a written proposal outlining scope, timeline, technologies, and pricing. The project begins only upon written acceptance of the proposal and receipt of the initial payment. Any changes to the agreed scope must be documented in a written change request and may affect timeline and cost.
04. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to: • Provide timely feedback (within 3–5 business days) on deliverables. • Provide all required content, assets, and access credentials promptly. • Designate a primary point of contact for the project. • Not request substantial scope changes without a formal change request. Delays caused by client inaction may result in project timeline extensions without additional cost to us.
05. Revisions & Change Requests
Each milestone includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the agreed limit will be billed at our standard hourly rate. All change requests must be submitted in writing.
06. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of all custom-developed work. DevCraft Studio retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or proprietary code. Third-party open-source tools used in projects remain under their respective licenses.
07. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the project. DevCraft Studio will not disclose client business information to third parties without consent. Clients may request a formal NDA before project start.
08. Warranties & Liability
DevCraft Studio warrants that: • All work will be performed professionally and in accordance with industry standards. • The delivered product will match the agreed specifications. • Post-launch bugs that are our error will be fixed at no additional cost within the warranty period. DevCraft Studio is not liable for indirect losses, loss of business, or any consequential damages arising from the use of delivered software.
09. Termination
Either party may terminate the project with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the client will be invoiced for all work completed to date at the pro-rata project rate. Deposits for uncompleted work may be partially refunded per our Refund Policy.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through arbitration in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
